Introduction To Home Winemaking
This is intended for someone who has never made wine before, but can be a refresher course too!
This class is lecture-based with demonstrations and will provide participants with sufficient training to make their first batch of wine with confidence. Keeping a focus on fundamentals and tools to make the process enjoyable, the lecture runs for an hour and a half, with time for Q&A after.
