Wine and food were meant to be enjoyed together.  Join us as we launch the Mindset Pairing Series on Thursday, April 23 at 6:00 PM—a monthly event where our winemaker guides guests through thoughtfully curated pairings designed to elevate the way you experience wine.  Each month will explore new regions, wines, and flavors.

Our first event:

A Tour of Italy featuring three distinct Italian-style wines:

Barbera
Nero d’Avola
Template (Super Tuscan)

Each 3 oz pour will be paired with carefully selected bites including:

• San Marzano tomato bruschetta-style pita chips
• Truffle fries
• Roasted red peppers
• Olive tapenade
